I love my job, except for the paper work. I have to account for 75% of my day, and it is all due by Thursday, I have been putting it off all month cause it sucks so much.
Need something to keep me from banging my head against my bench.

We're supposed to do "Self-Reviews" twice a year, and I always put them off until my boss gets yelled at by HR and tells me I have to do it, and I can put off all the client work to do it.
That takes about 2 months after the official due date.

Print out last one, change date. I've been doing that for 10 years.

our timesheets are a bitch and due once a month. have to account for all 8 hours of the day. The only problem is i'm lazy and wait until the last couple days to enter it all.
And I have to log in and out depending on what client i'm billing hours too, huge pain.

There are a few departments we need 100% for, physio gyms (their college is strict), and life support (well obviously)...repairs, and preventive maintenance,

Which proves the point that they are utterly without merit and worthless.
Honestly, you could fire 90% of the HR staff in the US, and everything would continue to function. In fact, in most businesses, things would function better.

yeah, well we're an ad agency so we have to bill the client for our hours.
